Motorcycles are often feared by many, but to some, its the ultimate expression of freedom.
Craig Neill, A former South African, now living in the Netherlands, embarked on a 5000km tour with 5 friends across South Africa in 2008. Join him and his mates as they embark on a 9 day motorcycle tour of South Africa, covering 5 000km from Johannesburg to Alexander bay, down the west coast to Cape L'gulas, through the scenic Route 62 to Oudtshoorn and George, and back home along Lesotho following the scenic Maluti route.
Meet the guys, Craig Neill, Christopher Palm, Phillip "Flippy" Bosch, Ian Prinsloo, Marius de Jongh and Jacques van Oordt. 6 ordinary South Africans, telling their story as it happens.
Originally released on DVD in stores in South Africa and online, the 3 part series is now available for streaming, remastered and released in HD. Episode 2 covers the reaching of the first objective, Alexander Bay some motorcycle challenges and some touring along the western cape coastal route and down to Bettys Bay.
Armed with 2 HDV cameras you will get to feel their emotions and experience their pain as they "butt burn it" across the country on 6 motorcycles.

Craig Neill sent up his DJI Spark to fly over De Kluft resort, outside of Ossenwijl, the Netherlands. This location is just north of Weerribben-Wieden National Park. The Netherlands is known for its variety of tulips. Craig Neill sent his drone up in an area close to Callantsoog and Den Helder in Northern Netherlands to get some footage of the fields below. It was a beautiful day, beautiful views and stunning flowers. The GoPro Hero 5 was strapped to a AEE 11 drone.

Some more drone footage shot with a Gopro Hero5 on an AEE AP11 Toruk Drone. The original footage was shot with Protune on. The edit was done on Final Cut Pro X. This was shot on location in Callantshoog at a farm, as well as on the island of Texel.

This footage was shot with a GoPro Hero 5 and cable tied it to an AEE Toruk AP11 drone. The shoot is in the town of Soest, the Netherlands and done in December 2016. Edit done in FCPX. This footage was taken over 2 days and combined to provide a 1 minute arial view of my new home in the Netherlands and to test the features of the new GoPro Hero 5

Yeah the bloke there at the yacht house is not very friendly at all... I rented the cottage which he doesn't own.
This is a great video. Nice scenery. Excellent footage. No boring schenes for long times from the same angle like so many people is doing it. I know how many hours work goes into a video like this. Would like to do something similar. Learned alot from you. Thx for sharing.

I am not sure of the bay name, but this is the Kornati island south side across the bay from Murter. (sorry for the late reply)
Last week I spent a night anchored on a sailboat in this bay, with strong Bora wind blowing. It was scary till I was 100% sure the anchor is holding. Very nice vacation and video!
